Sterling Silver 925 Pendant Egyptian Eye of Horus    

This stunning Eye of Horus pendant is made from sterling silver and measures 2.4cm x 1.5cm.

Sterling Silver is made of 92.5% Silver and 7.5% base metals such a copper.  

Eye of Horus Symbolism:
Also known as the "all seeing eye" this symbol is often worn for safety, to ensure good health and to provide prosperity and wisdom.
Horus was the ancient Egyptian god of the sky and his eyes were said to be the sun and the moon. Horus soon became more associated with the sun and Thoth (An Egyptian God represented with the head of an ibis) became associated with the moon. There was a battle between Horus and Set and Horus's left eye was torn out. Thoth magically restored Horus's eye and it was given the name "Wadget" this is why it is strongly related to healing and health.
