Mortar and pestles have been used for centuries to grind spices, herbs and other non-edible items such as eggshells and minerals.

We stock a range of mortar and pestles, including soapstone, marble, wood and cast iron varieties.  

It is recommended to have separate mortar and pestles for food preparation and magickal workings as some items we work with are toxic or non-edible.
