We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be exchanged for another item or we can simply process a refund.
We want your shopping experience at The Sacred Willow to be a positive one, and will work with you if there is any issue with an item you have received.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please do not simply return the item without making contact first.
If your items have been damaged in transit, please take a photo and send through to us via the Contact Us page. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss if you would like a return, replacement or refund.
Please contact us via support@thesacredwillow.com.au within one week of receiving your purchase to arrange a return. Returned goods for “change of mind or not what I expected” must be unused and in resalable condition. Refunds less shipping cost will be processed once goods are received by us. Goods must be sent back to The Sacred Willow within 14 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank or payment provider to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will of course update you on the progress of your refund via email once we receive the returned goods.
Herbs, teas, essential oils, sprays, earrings and beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. If you receive these items damaged, please contact us to arrange a refund.
Shipping
We ship your order within two business days and all orders will receive a tracking number via email. Please note, in order to ship your parcel, we provide Australia Post with the following information you have provided to us – your name, address, phone number (if provided) and email.
We offer a $9.95 shipping cap on all standard shipping, anywhere in Australia (express shipping will cost more depending on location and weight of your parcel and is automatically calculated at checkout).
We ship through the Australia Post network. There may be delays in the network due to high volumes and unfortunately, this is out of our control. If you would like your parcel to arrive sooner rather than later, we strongly recommend shipping Express Post. This won’t speed up the order processing time, but it will speed up the transit time once Australia Post receives your parcel.

Orders are sent with a signature required by default. In some cases, you may be able to select your parcel is left in a safe place. If you would like your parcel left, please leave a note at the checkout. The Sacred Willow is not responsible for any parcel theft which occurs if you select to have your parcel left.

The buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred for failure to supply the correct address or failure to pick up the item.
In case of return shipment for any reason you will bear all shipping charges including the original postage cost and the return to sender fee.
Your order will be refunded less any fees incurred via your chosen payment method.
