Review from The Sacred Willow -
Caithe and Bec have written a wonderful book that is filled with easy to read, informative content. This is a fantastic book to help beginners as there is loads of information on the basics such as spell casting and ritual. What I really loved is the re-imagining of traditional northern hemisphere aspects such as the Wiccan Rede and helping the reader to really embrace their own path where they live, wherever that may be in Australia. There's also some great breakdowns of the sabbats and what actually happens here in Australia compared to the northern hemisphere reflections that we so often see. Another important aspect which has been thoughtfully considered and written about is Aboriginal knowledge. This book has a wonderful amount of Aboriginal culture and tradition woven throughout making it an important work to help non-Aboriginal people living in Australia to understand more of this ancient land and it's first peoples. No matter where you are on your Wiccan path, there is something in this book that will help you to strengthen and understand your connection to this land and your Wiccan practise.
