Faulty Items: If an item is found to be faulty a refund will be issued. This does not include items damaged in transit. For this reason we recommend selecting insurance on your shipping to cover such events. Change of mind and "not what I thought refunds": We do offer refunds for change of mind purchases however, items must be returned in "as new" condition. Postage is non refundable and the buyer is responsible for all charges incurred for returning the item.
